sungai lembing trip

8/6/2009...

it's a so nice day~

our school chinese society hav organize a trip

2 Sungai Lembing...

we settled down in a chalet..

although it is small,

but it's clean n comfortable^^

jan leong n i also play nunchuck at night

the next day,

we climbed de lin ming shan

the scenery there was beautiful

i took a lot of photos

ha~

we hav de opportunity 2 play at the waterfall...

mr wong was very very "geng" in swimming

there r lot of interesting happened...

haha^^

but i can't tell u wat hav happened

becaz it's very very and extremely funny~

we also play in the hotspring

i tell u all,

i hate hotspring!!!

it's very very hot

i did't feel well

and almost fainted...

on the way 2 home,

we re very happy..

expecially ah fan,

he was so funny ~

haha~

Taekwondo Performance on Teacher' s Day

it is a quite wonderful performance~

although there r some mistakes,

but it is the best in SMKBP!!!!!

hope all of u can support them!!!!!!!!!

although it is not very well,

but not bad right??

i will improve myself

taekwondo competition~

at 18/3/2009

i hav gone n taken part in taekwondo competition

held by speed power taekwondo~



in the morning,

i arrived at Stadium MPJB

i was very shocked n nervous

everyone at there were very strong!!

they all got very high belt color in taekwondo



after doing stretching activity,

the match started....

my one is no. 22,35,41 n 44....



my 1st match was in no.22..

i was happy when the person that fought wit me was yellow belt,

same belt wit me~

it was quite easy 2 me 2 beat down him..

but i felt dissapointed becaz i could not score his head...



my 2st match was in no.35..

i got some nervous because the red belt person will fought wit me...

when we r in the match,

he kept ahead in front me...

but soon i score him many point...

in an unexpected moment,

i suddenly executed a chopping kick

n smashed down him

haha~

he lost, n i win...



in the semi-final match,

i fougth with George..

he was extremely fearfullness!!!

he got 3 head-shot point from me..

i lost in this match...



but, fortunately,

i got the bronze medal...

mr liew n hiew clapped 4 me

but the thing that was unfortunate was

Mus n Hanis did't got any medal...
